These Terms of Service govern your use of the website courses.internativa.biz and the application Internativa Video Publisher, operated by Institute of Humane Technologies “Internativa” (hereinafter “Internativa”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using our services, including Internativa Video Publisher, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Internativa provides online educational courses in neurocoaching and neuropsychology. Internativa Video Publisher is an internal tool used by Internativa to publish educational short-form video content to TikTok and other platforms on behalf of Internativa’s official accounts.
Access to courses requires registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
All content on courses.internativa.biz, including materials published via Internativa Video Publisher, is owned by Internativa or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Internativa Video Publisher uses the TikTok API to publish educational video content to Internativa’s official TikTok account. This application acts solely on behalf of Internativa and does not collect or store TikTok user data beyond what is required for publishing.
Course fees are described on individual course pages. Refund conditions are specified in the Payment Terms.
Internativa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
